  • Coupon will be sent within 3 business days if all required fields are complete.
  • One coupon per registrant, per equipment site.
  • Coupons are void where prohibited by regional laws or restrictions.
  • The serial number of the coupon must be presented at the time of receipt of a valid order funded by an approved purchase order or credit card authorization.
  • Coupons have a validity date of 90 days from the date of issue.
  • Coupons will be serialized. Once the coupon has been recorded as associated with a purchase it is considered void.
