Depot Program (DP)
Depot repair starts with your request for a return material authorization (RMA) via telephone, fax, email, or our website (under construction). After being issued an RMA and shipping instructions, ship your equipment to our repair depot. In bound shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Normal turnaround time on depot repairs vary by product, but average from three to ten business days (transit time excluded). Items submitted without a return material authorization (RMA) will be refused or returned at customer expense.
Items sent in for time and materials depot repair are subject to a $50 diagnostic fee. If the recommended service is approved the diagnostic fee will be applied in total to the repair. All shipments are returned to the customer FOB the repair center. T&M depot repair items are returned BWSF prepaid freight. Contract depot repairs are returned BWSF. Other return transportation methods are available for incremental fees.
A duly authorized Purchase Order or Credit Card number is required before the return of repaired product. Verbal purchase orders or personal names will not be accepted as valid purchase orders.
