Then support the equipment with manufacturer’s recommended supplies. Cost reductions made as part of the procurement process do not typically support uptime on the production floors. Compatible products are not always the same as patented products designed to provide maximize performance for the equipment for which they are developed. AIS recommends and sell the OEM products to help assure maximum uptime.
Service is composed of recommended preventative maintenance and quick response remedial repairs. Most manufacturers no longer specify routine preventative maintenance to be performed by a certified technician. Instead some products require only simple user preventative maintenance with each media change. AIS’s goal is to maximize uptime of your equipment by performing all manufacturer’s recommended PMs, PM’s as part of remedial repairs and user training and PM training for site personnel.
