On-Site Basic Program (NBD)
Customers’ receive next business day on-site maintenance
service for all calls received before 5 p.m. Central Time, we
dispatch a Customer Service Representative to arrive at your
location on the next business day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Subject to technician availability technicians may arrive the
same day as the call has been placed.
On-Site Priority Program (4HR)
Customers receive four-business hour, on-site maintenance
service. For all calls received before 1:30 p.m. Central Time,
we dispatch a Customer Service Representative to arrive at
your location within four hours on the same business day.
For requests made after 1:30 p.m. Central Time, we dispatch
a Customer Service Representative to arrive within four business
hours Next Business Day. This service is not available in
all areas prior approval by the management is required.
